Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relations Executive located in Bhubaneswar. The Customer Relations Executive will handle day-to-day responsibilities, including managing client interactions, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction, and fostering strong client relationships. The role also involves maintaining high standards of customer service and ensuring seamless communication with customers and internal teams to provide a superior experience.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Client Relations, Interpersonal Skills, and Customer Satisfaction
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication
- Ability to manage and resolve customer concerns effectively and efficiently
- Problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in client-facing roles or customer service is advantageous
