Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bhubaneswar for an Executive, Team Lead - Logistics Management Operations. The role involves managing the day-to-day logistics operations, ensuring efficient and on-time delivery, and supervising a team to meet performance and service quality targets. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with multiple stakeholders to streamline logistics processes, resolving operational challenges, and maintaining compliance with company standards. Additionally, the role requires regular performance tracking and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and team management skills to coordinate and supervise operations
  • Proficiency in logistics and supply chain management processes
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities for addressing operational challenges
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration
  • Basic understanding of operational software and technology tools used in logistics management
  • Prior experience in logistics, e-commerce, or warehousing is advantageous
  • Ability to work on-site in Bhubaneswar and commit to a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, operations management, or a related field is preferred
