Business Development Executive

Job Description :
We are looking for a Business Development Executive and team player who has the ability to multitask. He/She will be responsible to coordinate with the local team as well as team members located in the UK. In depth training shall be provided.
Responsibilities and Duties :
● Work with a UK based client (Property Management).
● Marketing the properties in the UK base portals.
● Pursuit an email campaign for an available property stock to all the Councils / Charities.
● Arrange the viewings for inquiries / referrals reserved from Councils / Portals.
● Perform an eligibility / affordability check for the clients.
● Closing the client and preparing an Agreement and getting both the parties sign.
● Effectively resolve discrepancies and complaints.
● Highly organised and able to prioritise workload Required.
Experience and Qualifications :
● Excellent Fluency in written and verbal English - Must.
● Excellent communication skills.
● Excellent articulation and telephone manner.
● Comfortable with multi-tasking and working under pressure to meet deadlines.
● Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where professionalism and flexibility is essential.
● Takes the initiative while seeking advice and support when appropriate.
● Be a positive influence within the team helping to maintain a mutually supportive and team oriented environment .
Shift timings :Mon- Fri - 12:30 PM - 10:30 PM, Sat - 12:30 to 7:00 PM ( During Summers)
Mon- Fri - 1:30 PM - 11:30 PM , Sat - 1:30 PM to 8:00 PM ( During Winters)
Note : Alternate Saturdays are off.
Work Location: In person
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹24, ₹27,000.00 per month
