Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BBA, MBA, Marketing, International Business, or related fields preferred).
- 0–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of marketing, exports, and international trade (preferred).
- Ability to conduct market research and generate leads.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a quick learner.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Assist in preparing and delivering business presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Collaborate with internal teams for marketing, logistics, and operations support.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to explore growth opportunities.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional activities.
- Handle client queries, negotiations, and follow-ups.
