Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Manager located in Chennai. The Service Manager will be responsible for monitoring the automotive service workshop ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining high levels of customer delight. Daily tasks include managing service staff , Shop floor technical team, coordinating with customers, handling service inquiries, and ensuring timely service delivery. The role also involves monitoring service processes as per OEM norms and implementing improvements for better operational efficiency.

  • xperience in service management, particularly in the automotive industry
  • Effective leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Technical knowledge of automotive services and repairs
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Relevant degree or certification in automotive services or management
