Role Description

We are seeking a Service Delivery and Service Assurance Manager for a full-time, on-site position located in Chennai. The role involves overseeing and ensuring seamless delivery and maintenance of services to customers. Responsibilities include managing end-to-end service delivery processes, resolving technical issues, coordinating with teams to ensure timely service restoration, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. The Service Delivery and Service Assurance Manager will also monitor performance metrics and drive improvements to enhance service quality.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in network management, system troubleshooting, and technical issue resolution
  • Experience in customer service management, handling service escalations, and maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Expertise in managing service delivery processes, performance monitoring, and innovative problem-solving
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and foster collaboration across departments
  • Proficiency in preparing reports, analyzing data metrics, and implementing quality improvements
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or related field
  • Work experience in telecommunications, cable, or broadband domain is advantageous
