Key Responsibilities:
- Research, cold call, and identify potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Assist in developing and executing effective sales plans.
- Understand and effectively communicate IT products/services to clients.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed sales records and provide regular updates to management.
- Explore and utilize bidding portals like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to generate leads.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic approaches to capture them.
Requirements:
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of IT products/services is an advantage.
- Experience using bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
- For experienced candidates: Prior FMCG sales exposure is preferred.
