Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and dynamic Senior Relationship Manager with a strong background in managing key accounts in the Banking, Financial Services, and Fintech sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for nurturing long-term relationships with our enterprise clients, ensuring client satisfaction, identifying new business opportunities, and acting as the key liaison between the client and internal delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and strengthen relationships with key BFSI and Fintech clients, acting as the single point of contact for all strategic and operational matters.
  • Understand client business models, industry trends, and technology needs to provide customized IT solutions and services.
  • Drive client retention and account growth through proactive engagement, upselling, and cross-selling relevant IT services (e.g., digital transformation, software development, cloud services, data analytics).
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Monitor project delivery status, client satisfaction levels, and ensure timely escalation/resolution of issues.
  • Conduct regular review meetings with clients to assess performance, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Track account KPIs, prepare performance reports, and maintain accurate CRM documentation.
  • Stay up-to-date with BFSI/Fintech regulatory changes, market developments, and competitor insights to better serve client needs.
  • Participate in proposals, contract renewals, negotiations, and long-term engagement planning.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.
  • 6+ years of experience in client relationship/account management within an IT company, with a strong focus on BFSI or Fintech clients.
  • Proven experience in managing enterprise accounts and complex client portfolios.
  • Strong understanding of technology trends and solutions relevant to the financial services sector (e.g., API integration, cloud computing, cybersecurity, digital banking, core banking platforms).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving attitude with a consultative approach to client needs.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM).
  • Ability to handle multiple accounts/projects in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8, ₹45,000.00 per month
