Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager & Senior Relationship Manager, located in Chennai. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and providing project information and updates. The role includes coordinating with internal teams, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and the company's services. The Senior Relationship Manager will additionally oversee junior relationship managers, manage key accounts, and assist in strategic planning and business development.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Client relationship management and customer service experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple clients, and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of the real estate market and project lifecycle
- Leadership and team management skills, especially for the Senior Relationship Manager role
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in using CRM software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in the real estate industry or a similar field is a plus
