About the Role:

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage academic operations at our Bhubaneswar center. You'll ensure smooth execution of classes, faculty coordination, and student management while maintaining academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day academic operations and scheduling
  • Coordinate with faculty, students, and internal teams
  • Track attendance, performance, and feedback reports
  • Ensure timely execution of lectures, tests, and events
  • Handle data management and MIS reporting

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree (preferably in Management or Education)
  • 3–6 years' experience in academic operations (EdTech preferred)
  • Strong coordination, communication & Excel skills
