Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fleet and Operations Manager based in Bhubaneswar. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day fleet management, ensuring operational efficiency, and leading the team to meet performance metrics. Responsibilities include monitoring fleet logistics, optimizing processes, ensuring compliance with regulations, and coordinating with other departments to achieve operational goals. Collaboration with vendors and suppliers, as well as managing budgets, will also be a part of the role.
