Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Operations Manager located in Bhubaneswar. The Senior Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations, manage and optimize processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and enhance operational efficiency. They will lead and mentor a team, develop strategic plans, and work to achieve business goals. Additionally, the role involves budget management, performance tracking, and coordinating with other departments for seamless operations.

  • Ability to work on-site and efficiently in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field, MBA or related advanced degree is a plus
  • Experience in the industry and a proven track record in a similar capacity is beneficial
