Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Regional Operations Manager at Focalyt. The Regional Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing regional operations to ensure effective delivery of training programs. Duties include coordinating with faculty, monitoring program performance, handling logistical aspects, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and collaborating with local stakeholders. This is an on-site role located in Bhubaneswar.

  • Knowledge of vocational training and skill development programs
  • Ability to work with local partners and stakeholders effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
