Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Operational Manager
to oversee and streamline daily operations across departments. The ideal candidate will ensure effective coordination among teams, implement efficient systems, and uphold service quality and company policies. The candidate must possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills to handle multi-departmental operations and staff coordination.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day operational activities across departments
  • Coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely task execution
  • Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing guidance and feedback when necessary
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and SOPs
  • Assist in planning and implementing new operational strategies
  • Handle client communications and resolve any operational issues promptly
  • Prepare reports and present operational data to senior management
  • Maintain resource and inventory control
  • Ensure workplace discipline and professional conduct
  • Identify areas for process improvement and suggest solutions

Skills :

  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in
    Hindi, English, and Odia
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic reporting tools
  • Time management and multitasking skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle conflicts effectively
