Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Senior Manager (ASM) – Sales in Bhubaneswar. The ASM – Sales will develop and execute sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with customers and partners. The role involves meeting sales targets, preparing forecasts, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance sales performance. Additionally, the ASM will represent the company at business meetings and industry events to promote DigiChum's solutions and expand the customer network.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
  • Customer relationship management skills with a focus on client partnerships
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales management tools
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address client needs
  • Experience in the technology or IT solutions sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
