Role :

Project Management:

Prepare entire project lifecycle, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation

Strategic Planning:

Developing and implementing the company's strategic vision for civil construction projects.

Team Leadership:

Leading and motivating a team of engineers, construction managers, and other professionals.

Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:

Work closely with various departments such as engineering, procurement, and design to ensure seamless coordination and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

Client Relationship Management:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with Subcontractors, Vendors, and other stakeholders.

Risk Management:

Identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks and hazards associated with projects.

Financial Management:

Prepare Civil project budgets, costs and ensure that projects are completed within Budget.

Quality Control:

Ensuring that all construction projects meet the required quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Safety Management:

Implementing and enforcing safety protocols and procedures on all construction sites.

Compliance:

Ensuring that all projects adhere to relevant regulations and standards.

Problem Solving:

Identifying and resolving any issues that may arise during project execution.

Reporting:

Preparing and presenting periodic reports for review of Senior management and stakeholders.
