ERP Manager (Visual GEM)

Location: Noida, Sector 63

We are hiring for a leading Star Export House engaged in manufacturing and exporting high-quality apparel and fashion goods for top global retailers. The company operates with modern production facilities and advanced ERP systems to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely deliveries.

Job Overview

The ERP Manager (Visual GEM) will be responsible for maintaining, managing, and enhancing the ERP system to support production, merchandising, planning, inventory, and export documentation workflows. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience with Visual GEM ERP in a garment export house environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end operations of Visual GEM ERP, ensuring smooth functioning across all departments.
  • Coordinate with merchandising, production, planning, fabric, trims, and warehouse teams for system requirements and issue resolution.
  • Create, maintain, and monitor styles, BOM, purchase orders, job orders, cost sheets, T&A, and shipment details within the ERP.
  • Identify system gaps, troubleshoot errors, and ensure timely fixes in collaboration with internal teams or ERP vendors.
  • Train new users and provide ongoing support to all ERP users for efficient system utilization.
  • Extract and analyze reports for management review—production status, material consumption, order tracking, etc.
  • Ensure data accuracy, timely updates, and smooth workflow across modules.
  • Work closely with management to enhance system processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Maintain system security, user access control, and process documentation.

Key Requirements

  • 4–5 years of hands-on experience with Visual GEM ERP in a garment export/ apparel manufacturing setup (mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of garment production cycles, merchandising processes, and export documentation.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and ensure timely ERP updates.
  • Proficiency in generating and analyzing ERP reports.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot user issues efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
