Purpose In the context of the ERP migration for IPS business in India, we are looking for a Project Manager to coordinate and manage project activities locally, ensuring smooth execution of the project while collaborating with the global project team. The role will support the France-based Project Manager and act as the point of contact for Indian teams. Key Missions Key Responsibilities • Provide operational support to the France-based Project Manager.• Coordinate project contributors in India, including IT teams, business users, and external vendorspartners.• Maintain and update project management tools: project plans, action lists, risks, deliveries, and timelines.• Participate in coordination meetings with stakeholders, internal teams, and the ERP solution provider/integrator.• Ensure business continuity in the absence of the Project Manager.• Track project progress and escalate issues proactively to ensure timely delivery.• Consolidate and validate partners labour spent on the project Profile & Other Information Required Skills & Experience • Proven experience in project management, preferably with ERP implementation or migration projects.• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics D365 or SAP).• Understanding of ERP macro-functions and business processes (Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, HR, etc.).• Hands-on experience in ERP rollout, installation, or support.• Previous experience coordinating with external vendors or consultants.• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Devopsor equivalent…).• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.• Excellent reporting and synthesis. Preferred • Experience specifically with Microsoft Dynamics D365 or SAP modules.• Exposure to multi-country projects and global collaboration.
