ERP Project Manager

In the context of the ERP migration for IPS business in India, we are looking for a Project Manager to coordinate and manage project activities locally, ensuring smooth execution of the project while collaborating with the global project team. The role will support the France-based Project Manager and act as the point of contact for Indian teams.

Key Responsibilities

•    Provide operational support to the France-based Project Manager.

•    Coordinate project contributors in India, including IT teams, business users, and external vendorspartners.

•    Maintain and update project management tools: project plans, action lists, risks, deliveries, and timelines.

•    Participate in coordination meetings with stakeholders, internal teams, and the ERP solution provider/integrator.

•    Ensure business continuity in the absence of the Project Manager.

•    Track project progress and escalate issues proactively to ensure timely delivery.

•    Consolidate and validate partners labour spent on the project

Required Skills & Experience

•    Proven experience in project management, preferably with ERP implementation or migration projects.

•    Strong knowledge of ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics D365 or SAP).

•    Understanding of ERP macro-functions and business processes (Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, HR, etc.).

•    Hands-on experience in ERP rollout, installation, or support.

•    Previous experience coordinating with external vendors or consultants.

•    Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Devopsor equivalent…).

•    Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.

•    Excellent reporting and synthesis.

Preferred

•    Experience specifically with Microsoft Dynamics D365 or SAP modules.

•    Exposure to multi-country projects and global collaboration.
