With a dedicated team of consultants, the company strives to digitalize operations for SMEs and large enterprises throughout India- This is a full-time on-site role for an ERP Project Manager based in Noida. The ERP Project Manager will manage and oversee ERP implementations from initiation to completion. Responsibilities include developing project plans, coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing budgets, and ensuring milestones and timelines are met. - The role also involves analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending solutions to enhance operational efficiency- Qualifications: Experience in ERP Implementations and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Business Process optimization. - Proficiency in Budgeting and financial management. Excellent project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Certification in Project Management (PMP) or similar is a plus. Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the entire ERP project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.- Develop detailed project plans, manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, Operations, etc.) to ensure successful implementation.- Analyze existing business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend ERP-driven - solutions.- Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure continuous communication throughout the project.- Prepare and present project updates, reports, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.- Ensure ERP solution aligns with business objectives and compliance standards.
