Key Responsibilities:- Own and manage the complete sales cycle-from lead generation to deal closure.- Drive direct sales of ERP solutions tailored for manufacturing clients.- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and aligning them with the right ERP solution.- Identify, target, and engage potential enterprise customers in the manufacturing space.- Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, product, implementation) to deliver customized solutions and ensure client success.- Achieve and exceed sales targets through focused efforts and strategic engagement.- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, providing accurate forecasts and regular reporting to leadership.- Evangelize the product and brand in the market, showcasing thought leadership in ERP for manufacturing.- Constantly identify new market opportunities and contribute insights to the sales strategy. Skills & Qualifications:- 5-10+ years of enterprise sales experience in ERP solutions, with a strong focus on manufacturing industry clients.- Proven track record of independently closing complex, high-value deals.- Deep understanding of ERP product capabilities and how they align with business needs in manufacturing.- Strong consultative selling skills and ability to engage with senior decision-makers.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.- High level of self-motivation, discipline, and accountability.- Entrepreneurial mind-set - someone who can think like a business owner.- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
