Skills & Qualifications:- 5-10+ years of enterprise sales experience in ERP solutions, with a strong focus on manufacturing industry clients.- Proven track record of independently closing complex, high-value deals.- Deep understanding of ERP product capabilities and how they align with business needs in manufacturing.- Strong consultative selling skills and ability to engage with senior decision-makers.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.- High level of self-motivation, discipline, and accountability.- Entrepreneurial mind-set - someone who can think like a business owner.- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
