Job Title: Project Coordinator - ERP Implementation

**Location**: Noida (Hybrid/On-site)
**Department**: ERP Projects
**Reporting To**: Project Manager / Managing Partner
**Experience Required**: 1-3 years (preferably in client-facing or software coordination role)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **Project Coordinator** to act as a bridge between our ERP development team and clients. This role involves managing day-to-day client communications, gathering requirements, tracking progress, and ensuring smooth project delivery by keeping developers focused and informed.

Key Responsibilities: Client Coordination
- Act as the **single point of contact** between the client and internal team.
- Schedule, attend, and document client meetings (Zoom, WhatsApp, in-person).
- Gather clear and complete project requirements and update scope documents accordingly.

Project Documentation
- Convert client conversations into **task tickets** using internal software.
- Maintain requirement traceability, change logs, and minutes of meetings (MoM).
- Create functional specs or user stories for the development team.

Task Management & Reporting
- Prioritize and assign tasks to developers.
- Track daily/weekly progress using reports and dashboards.
- Share project updates with clients and ensure alignment on timelines.

Problem Solving
- Handle client complaints, doubts, or clarifications before they reach the developer.
- Follow-up on client approvals and test feedback.

Internal Coordination
- Collaborate with developers, and deployment teams for handovers.
- Help developers understand functional needs without interrupting them repeatedly.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Good understanding of software development lifecycle (especially ERP or custom apps).
- Knowledge of tools like Zoom, WhatsApp Business, Google Docs, Excel.
- Proactive, calm under pressure, and highly organized.
- Familiarity with manufacturing domain is a **plus**.

KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
- % of client calls resolved without developer involvement
- On-time task ticket creation & updates
- Weekly reporting accuracy
- Client satisfaction rating
- Number of escalations avoided or resolved independently

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
