**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in developing and maintaining detailed project plans, schedules, and documentation.
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for project execution.
- Monitor project progress and handle issues that arise to ensure timelines are met.
- Track and report project performance, milestones, and key deliverables.
- Schedule and organise meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting outcomes.
- Communicate with team members and stakeholders to provide updates and gather input.
- Maintain and update project files, reports, and records for transparency and accountability.
- Ensure adherence to project standards, tools, and methodologies.
- Assist in budget tracking and resource allocation as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or a similar administrative role.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana, Jira).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritisation in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
