What's the role?
As a Project Manager in our HR PMO team, you will get an opportunity drive and deliver a wide range of strategic and operational projects within the global HR organization. From large-scale transformation programs to smaller, high-impact initiatives, you will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, from planning and stakeholder engagement to execution and delivery.
This is a highly visible role that requires strong project management skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to influence across all levels of the organization, globally and cross-functionally.
Main Responsibilities
- As an individual contributor you will lead and manage HR-related projects of varying complexity and scope, including transformation, restructuring, and system/program implementations (e.g., new HCM platform, hybrid work model)
- Own and drive HR initiatives that support internal communication, employee feedback, and site engagement (e.g., "Need-to-Know" information sessions, the quarterly People newsletter, the People Advisory Board, and site engagement coordination)
- Collaborate with global HR colleagues and cross-functional teams across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas
- Track project progress using tools like Jira, ensuring milestones are met and stakeholders are informed
- Translate data and feedback into actionable insights and recommendations
- Create compelling presentations and confidently pitch for example project outcomes and proposals to HR colleagues, senior leaders, and executive stakeholders
- Manage up, down, and across the organization to ensure alignment, accountability, and momentum
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, creative problem-solving, and inclusive collaboration.
Who are you?
Position Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Management, Human Resource Management or Management Information Systems preferred. Certifications: PMI/PRINCE2 preferred
- A seasoned Project Manager with at least 8+ years of experience, including 3+ years leading cross-functional, (global) projects
- Experienced in working within or alongside HR teams, with a strong understanding of HR processes and challenges
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and complexity, and skilled at breaking down problems into actionable plans
- A confident communicator and presenter, able to tailor messaging to different audiences, from employees to senior leadership
- Proficient in project tracking tools like Jira, and capable of using data to inform decisions and drive outcomes.
