Detailed Advertisement:
Role & responsibilities:
a. Recruitment: Plan recruitment, liaise with agencies, conduct interviews, and negotiate CTC to finalize appointments.
b. Onboarding of Employees: Onboard new employees, verify documents, introduce company culture, and provide workplace overview.
c. HR Record Management: Maintain employee records, update data, and establish an appropriate HR management system.
d. Employee Relations: Communicate HR policies and benefits, address inquiries, and escalate complex issues to HR personnel.
e. Training & Development: Coordinate training sessions, track employee participation, and maintain training records.
f. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with labour laws and policies and generate HR reports and analytics.
g. Maintain organized records, manage office supplies, handle communications, and facilitate internal communication.
h. Schedule and coordinate meetings, travel, and logistics. Prepare presentations, manage social media, and update the website.
i. Submit periodic returns, process employee claims and monthly salaries, and create a welcoming environment. Ensure easy document retrieval and professional correspondence etc.
Any other function as per the instruction of Company
Preferred candidate profile :
- Minimum Educational Qualifications: MBA-HR/PGDM-HR/PMIR from any recognized University/ Institution.
- Desirable: HR Certifications of at least 6 months from an institution of repute.
- Minimum Experience: 2-4 Years in Recruitment/ Employee Relations/ Training and Development/ HR Consulting /Company Administration etc.
- Annual Fixed Compensation: Rs. 7 Lakh to Rs. 9 Lakh
