Job Description:

  • Regional Campaign Execution - End to end ownership of BTL campaigns to drive customer acquisition/retentions and Build Hyper local/Strategic Partner Alliances
  • Local Market Intelligence: Recommend localized strategies to improve campaign effectiveness
  • Stakeholder Coordination - Liaise with regional teams to align marketing efforts with business targets
  • Vendor Management - Manage regional vendor relationships to ensure timely, cost-effective, and compliant execution of marketing activations
  • Budget & Compliance - ensure all activations comply with brand guidelines and regulatory norm
  • Performance Tracking - Monitor and report ROI of regional campaigns & optimise future activations

Skills:

  • Experience - 3-5 years in marketing (BTL, ATL, Trade marketing, brand/marketing communications, etc.)
  • Strong execution & problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • MBA with specialization in marketing will be advantage
  • Language Strong skills both verbally and written – English; Spoken Hindi & Telugu (Hyderabad - advantage) + Tamil (Coimbatore-advantage)
