Job Title: Technical IT Support

Total Exp: 3-5 Years

Location: Pune

Notice Period: Immediate-30 Days

Job Summary:

The VIP Support Technical Engineer is responsible for providing high-level technical support to the Executive Leadership team, clients and ensuring the smooth operation of Mac systems.

This role involves diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, managing user accounts, and delivering exceptional customer service.

The role shall also require skills on windows operating system and other end user IT support tools and technologies.

Role & responsibilities:

  • Technical Support: Provide timely and effective support for Mac hardware and software issues, including troubleshooting and resolving technical problems.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows OS environments
  • VIP Support: Offer dedicated support to the Executive leadership team, senior leaders, clients, ensuring their technical needs are met promptly and efficiently.
  • System Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance and updates on Mac systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • User Training: Train users on Mac systems and software, providing clear and concise instructions.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation and user manuals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other IT teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall service delivery.

Skills required:

  • Experience: Proven experience in technical support, specifically with Mac systems. Experience supporting VIP clients is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of Mac OS and related software.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows OS environments
  • Hands-on experience conferencing solutions like MS Teams, Zoom etc.
  • Hands-on experience of Video conference products like Cisco, Poly etc.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) are preferred.
  • Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours as per need.
  • Excellent communication in professional English language
