Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Engineer based in Pune. The role involves providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients to resolve operational challenges in water treatment systems. Responsibilities include maintaining strong communication with customers, executing field services to ensure the optimal performance of equipment, and delivering excellent customer experiences. Additionally, the candidate will address technical queries, guide clients in system usage, and maintain detailed service documentation.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Support and effective communication skills
  • Hands-on experience in Troubleshooting and providing Technical Support
  • Ability to deliver responsive and accurate Field Service support
  • Knowledge of water treatment instrumentation and automation systems is a plus
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work on-site and adapt to dynamic operational needs
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field
  • Relevant experience in the water treatment or industrial automation industry is advantageous
