Position Overview

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our customer support team. In this role, you will assist global clients with troubleshooting and resolving networking-related issues, especially in Wi-Fi and enterprise networking. You will collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction, while also developing your technical expertise and contributing to the continuous improvement of support processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide troubleshooting and technical assistance for Wi-Fi, Access Points, Switches, and Routers.

  • Handle and resolve customer support tickets, escalating cases when required.

  • Work with engineering and product teams to help investigate and resolve technical issues.

  • Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing to strengthen the support team's capabilities.

  • Communicate effectively with clients to provide clear solutions and updates.

  • Work alongside team members and seek guidance when resolving more complex cases.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of networking concepts such as Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VLANs, Routing, and Switching.

  • 2–4 years of experience supporting enterprise networking products (Access Points, Switches, Routers).

  • Ability to diagnose and resolve common networking and Wi-Fi issues.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical details clearly.

  • Positive attitude with a customer-first approach in handling technical queries.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with the latest Wi-Fi technologies and network security protocols.

  • Experience with enterprise-grade networking solutions.

  • Interest in improving support processes and best practices.

  • Willingness to mentor and collaborate with peers as you grow into a senior role

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
