Job Description: HR Manager

Position Overview We are seeking a seasoned Senior HR Professional with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Human Resources, specializing in recruitment, particularly for sales roles. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience dealing with international markets, and be capable of handling hiring processes for onsite positions in Dubai. This is a work-from-home (WFH) role. Key Responsibilities - *Recruitment & Talent Acquisition*: Lead hiring processes, focusing on sales roles; experience in international recruitment is essential, including handling hires for Dubai onsite positions. - *HR Strategies & Processes*: Develop and implement effective HR strategies aligning with business goals. - *Communication & Stakeholder Management*: Excellent communication skills required for interacting with candidates, teams, and international stakeholders. - *International HR Practices*: Understand and manage HR aspects related to international markets, specifically experience with Dubai market for onsite hiring. - *Sales Role Hiring Expertise*: Proven track record of successfully hiring for sales positions. - *Employee Relations & Support*: Provide HR support and handle employee relations aspects remotely. Requirements - *Experience*: Minimum 4 years in HR roles with strong recruitment background. - *Sales Recruitment Expertise*: Proven experience in hiring for sales roles. - *International Experience*: Knowledge and experience dealing with international markets; Dubai onsite hiring experience a must. - *Communication Skills*: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - *Work Mode*: Work from Home (WFH). - *Technical Comfort*: Comfortable with remote HR tools and virtual communication platforms. What We Offer - *Salary*: ₹30,000 per month. - *Work Schedule*: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Sunday. - *Week Off*: One day off either Wednesday or Thursday. - *Work Mode*: Work from Home (WFH). Ideal Candidate - Proactive and experienced HR professional with international exposure. - Strong understanding of sales role requirements and recruitment. - Excellent communicator comfortable interacting across cultures and geographies. - Self-driven and effective in a remote work setup.
