Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and analyticalSEO & SMO Digital Marketing Executive / Trainee to join our digital team. This role is ideal for someone who understands how search engines and social media algorithms work and wants to build impactful campaigns to generate traffic, leads, and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

  • Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits
  • Optimize website content (on-page SEO) including meta tags, headers, URLs, and internal linking
  • Collaborate with content writers to create SEO-friendly content
  • Monitor and improve site performance using tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
  • Track and report keyword rankings and organic traffic growth

Social Media Optimization (SMO):

  • Manage and grow the company's presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
  • Plan and post regular, engaging, and brand-relevant content
  • Create strategies to increase followers, engagement, and reach
  • Monitor trends, hashtags, and industry news to keep content fresh and relevant
  • Track performance metrics and optimize based on analytics

General Digital Marketing Support:

  • Assist in email marketing, paid campaigns, and lead nurturing workflows
  • Contribute ideas for campaigns, videos, and creative content
  • Stay updated with SEO/SMO trends, Google algorithm updates, and best practices

Required Skills:

  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, etc.)
  • Understanding of social media platforms and best practices
  • Good writing and communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of WordPress, Canva, or other content tools is a plus
  • Analytical mindset and eagerness to learn new tools and strategies

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field
  • Certification in Digital Marketing (Google, HubSpot, etc.) is preferred
  • 0–2 years of experience in SEO/SMO roles or internships
