Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and skilled Digital Marketing Manager to manage online marketing campaigns, drive brand awareness, and generate quality leads through digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with social media, SEO, paid ads, and website management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
  • Manage social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and run engagement campaigns
  • Perform on-page and off-page SEO to improve website ranking
  • Analyze traffic using tools like Google Analytics & Search Console
  • Create performance reports and suggest improvements
  • Coordinate with designers and content writers to deliver creative materials
  • Generate leads through online campaigns and maintain a lead database
  • Manage email marketing and WhatsApp campaign tools
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 3–4 years of relevant experience in digital marketing
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Canva, and MS Excel
  • Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and basic HTML is a plus
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
