**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Design visually appealing graphics, posters, and other promotional materials to support marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities for growth.
- Analyse campaign performance and optimize strategies based on key metrics such as ROI, CTR, conversion rates, etc.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop engaging content for digital channels.
- Manage and maintain the company's website, ensuring content is up-to-date and optimized for search engines.
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback and inquiries on digital platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of various digital channels and tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,726.06 - ₹30,906.38 per month

Schedule:
