Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote the company’s products or services.
- Display advertising campaigns & to Create and publish engaging content
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create engaging social media posts, campaigns, and promotional content to increase brand awareness.
- Work closely with graphic designers, developers, and content creators to execute digital marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing and business objectives.

**Desired Background**

Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, communications, ecommerce or in related field

1-3 years of Proven experience in digital marketing, creating and managing successful YouTube content and channels for consumer brands

Strong understanding of YouTube platform features, SEO best practices, social media and/or display advertising campaigns and algorithm changes

Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)

Working knowledge of ad serving tools

Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bhubaneswar, Bhubaneswar, Orissa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
