**Digital Marketing Executive**

Location: JSS STP II, (New Building), Infocity, Bhubaneswar,Odisha,751024

**Job Type**: Full-Time (9 AM - 6 PM)

Experience: 2 Years Experience

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase sales. Your strong analytical skills and understanding of digital marketing channels will be essential in achieving our online marketing goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans aligned with overall business objectives.
- Manage Social Media Campaigns: Develop and manage social media campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) to engage with target audiences.
- SEO Optimization: Optimize website content and structure to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
- Content Creation and Management: Create high-quality content (e.g., blog posts, articles, infographics) to attract and engage target audiences.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics.
- Proficiency in social media marketing and content creation.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
- Experience with marketing automation tools.
- Experience with SEO and SEM best practices.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A passion for digital marketing and a desire to stay updated on industry trends.
