Key Responsibilities: 1. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for website content optimization and ranking improvements. Optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, headings, content, and internal linking to improve website search engine visibility. Implement technical SEO best practices, including site structure, URL optimization, and mobile responsiveness. Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement. 2. Content Marketing: Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-friendly content that aligns with iServeU's marketing objectives and target audience. Ensure content is optimized for search engines and leverage keyword research to drive organic traffic. 3. Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, display advertising, and search engine marketing (SEM). Use analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and identify areas for optimization and increased ROI. 4. Website Management: Regularly update and maintain the company website, ensuring all content is up-to-date and accurately represents the brand and offerings. Collaborate with web developers to implement necessary changes and improvements to enhance user experience and conversion rates. 5. Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to SEO and digital marketing initiatives, preparing regular reports for management. Use data insights to measure campaign success, identify trends, and recommend actionable improvements. 6. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and development, to ensure alignment and consistency across all digital channels. Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed to execute specific digital marketing initiatives. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEO strategy and implementation. Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, etc. Solid understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative digital marketing campaigns. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various teams and stakeholders. Knowledge of the fintech industry and financial products/services is a plus.
