Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, traffic, and lead generation across various digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, email, social media, display advertising, etc.)
  • Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page/off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics (traffic, leads, conversions, ROI) using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and others.
  • Create, manage, and optimize content marketing campaigns including blogs, landing pages, and email newsletters.
  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to ensure campaign success.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Manage marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) and CRM integration.
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate performance to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or related role.
  • Proven experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, web analytics, and performance metrics.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Google Ads and/or Facebook Blueprint Certification.
  • Experience with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce).
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
