Role Summary

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing online marketing strategies to enhance brand presence, generate leads, and drive digital engagement across all platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with digital tools, analytics, and content creation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, Instagram, and other platforms.
  • Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and grow audience engagement.
  • Monitor website performance, SEO/SEM campaigns, and optimize for better ranking and traffic.
  • Develop content for posts, ads, videos, banners, and email marketing.
  • Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
  • Manage online marketplace listings (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and ensure product visibility.
  • Coordinate photo/video shoots for product promotions.
  • Monitor competitor digital activity and suggest new strategies.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools.
  • Hands-on experience with social media management and content creation.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate performance insights.
  • Creative mindset with strong communication skills.
  • Basic design skills (Canva / Photoshop) preferred.
  • E-commerce marketplace knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing (preferably FMCG or D2C industry).
