Role Summary

The Social Media Executive will manage all social media platforms, create engaging content, run campaigns, and help grow brand visibility and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily posting on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

Create engaging content (images, reels, stories, captions).

Plan and execute social media campaigns.

Monitor analytics and prepare weekly/monthly reports.

Coordinate with the design team for creative requirements.

Handle comments, messages, and audience interactions.

Track competitor activity and suggest improvements.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of social media platforms & trends.

Content writing & basic design skills (Canva preferred).

Creative thinking and communication skills.

Understanding of analytics tools (Meta Insights, etc.).

Qualifications

Graduate in Marketing / Mass Communication / Media.

1–3 years of social media experience (FMCG experience is a plus).
