**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive to join our team. As a Social Media Executive, you will play a vital role in driving brand awareness, engaging with our target audience, and fostering online community. Your passion for social media and understanding of digital trends will be instrumental in achieving our marketing goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and Implement Social Media Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives.
- Manage Social Media Channels: Oversee and manage our social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) to maintain a consistent brand voice and engage with our audience.
- Create Engaging Content: Develop high-quality content, including text, images, and videos, to attract and retain followers.
- Community Management: Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner, fostering positive interactions and building relationships with our audience.
- Monitor Analytics: Track and analyze social media metrics to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in social media management.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Excellent content creation and writing skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for social media and a desire to stay updated on industry trends.
- Additional Skills (preferred)
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Knowledge of graphic design or video editing.
