Job Title: Social Media Executive

Position: 01

**Job Description**:

- Good knowledge in meta and google Ads
- Create original, engaging content for clients' social media channels, including posts, graphics, videos, and other multimedia formats.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to optimize social media efforts.
- Good hand in managing the social media pages - Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns to reach target audiences and achieve campaign objectives.
- Utilize audience targeting, ad formats, and budget allocation strategies to maximize ROI and drive conversions.
- Monitor ad performance, analyze data, and provide insights to inform future campaign optimizations.
- Creating and managing a strong network of creators, influencers, industry professionals, and brands
- Track and analyze social media metrics, including reach, engagement and impressions.
- Generate regular reports summarizing key insights, trends, and performance indicators.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, account management, and client services, to ensure alignment of social media efforts with overall marketing objectives.
- Coordinate content calendars, campaign timelines, and asset creation to ensure timely and cohesive execution of social media initiatives.
- Preparing Monthly reports for Clients and the company’s own social media

Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Digital Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English, Hindi, and Odia

Work Experience: 1+ years

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship, Freelance

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus
