Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Create engaging and visually appealing posts, banners, and short videos using Canva or similar design tools.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns to drive engagement, followers, and leads.
  • Manage and update the company's Google My Business profile regularly with posts, photos, and reviews.
  • Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and provide insights for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to maintain brand consistency.
  • Respond to audience queries and comments in a timely and professional manner.
  • Track competitor activities and recommend innovative ideas to boost brand visibility.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in social media marketing or a similar role.
  • Knowledge in Canva and basic knowledge of tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and GMB.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and design aesthetics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
