**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Content Planning & Scheduling**:Develop and execute monthly content calendars across all major platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.
- **Creative Content Creation**:Collaborate with graphic designers and content writers to produce engaging posts, reels, stories, videos, and infographics that align with the brand’s tone and objectives.
- **Platform Management**:Manage daily operations of all social media channels, ensuring timely posting, consistency, and high engagement rates.
- **Community Engagement**:Monitor comments, messages, and mentions across platforms. Respond promptly to inquiries, foster community interactions, and manage online reputation.
- **Campaign Execution**:Plan and run social media campaigns to support product launches, hiring initiatives, brand building, or event promotions.
- **Analytics & Reporting**:Track key metrics (reach, impressions, engagement, follower growth, etc.) and provide weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- **Trend Monitoring**:Stay updated with the latest social media trends, hashtags, platform updates, and viral content strategies to ensure relevance and engagement.
- **Ad Management (Optional)**:Assist in planning and monitoring paid ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager (if required).
- **Collaboration & Coordination**:Work closely with internal teams (marketing, design, HR, etc.) to align social media activities with broader business goals.
- **Brand Consistency**:Ensure that all social media content reflects the brand voice, visual identity, and communication standards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
