We are looking for a creative and driven social media executive to manage and enhance the company’s presence across social media platforms. This role involves content creation, audience engagement, monitoring trends, and fulfilling customer orders or inquiries via social media. As the face of our company online, you will play a key role in building brand awareness, driving sales, and improving customer satisfaction through various social media channels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Management**: Oversee company profiles on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter; ensure consistent branding and content.
- **Content Creation**: Develop engaging content (posts, graphics, videos) aligned with brand strategy and schedule posts.
- **Customer Engagement**: Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages on social media in a timely manner.
- **Order Fulfillment**: Process and manage orders coming through social media channels, ensuring smooth transactions.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Track social media performance and provide regular reports on engagement, reach, and sales conversions.
- **Trend Monitoring**: Stay updated on social media trends to keep content fresh and relevant.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in managing social media accounts for brands or businesses.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills (familiarity with tools like Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills and a problem-solving attitude.
- Experience with social media analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.) is a plus.
- Passionate about staying updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and social media.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in order management or e-commerce via social media platforms.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative and innovative thinker with a focus on delivering results.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
