Social Media Executive

As a Social Media Manager at Qtonix, you will play a pivotal role in developing, executing,

and maintaining an impactful social media presence for our agency and our clients. You

will be responsible for crafting compelling content, fostering thriving social media

communities, and monitoring key performance metrics. Your expertise will drive our

Responsibilities: 1. Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive social

media strategies aligned with our agencies and clients' marketing objectives. Identify key

platforms and target audiences to maximize our online reach and impact.

1. Content Calendar Management: Plan and maintain a well-organized content calendar

that outlines the timing and themes of social media posts. Schedule posts and manage

day-to-day social media activities.

1. Community Engagement: Actively engage with our social media communities,

responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and courteously. Cultivate a

positive and interactive online presence.

1. Social Media Advertising: Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to

enhance brand awareness, increase website traffic, and achieve specific marketing goals.

1. Team Leadership and Collaboration: Oversee a team of social media specialists and

coordinate their efforts to achieve common goals. Foster a collaborative and creative

work environment to drive innovation and excellence.

1. Social Media Metrics: Track and analyze social media performance using analytical

tools. Generate comprehensive reports on key metrics, identify trends, and propose data-

driven strategies for improvement.

1. Stay Updated on Trends: Keep abreast of the latest social media trends, tools, and best

practices. Suggest innovative ideas and initiatives to enhance our agency's social media

presence and client offerings.

1. Customer Analysis: Analyze customer expectations and preferences based on past

social media activity. Utilize data insights to tailor content and engagement strategies for

Requirements: 1. Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role

within the digital marketing industry.

1. Expertise in developing and implementing successful social media strategies across

various platforms.

1. Demonstrated ability to create engaging and visually appealing content, including

copywriting and graphic design skills.

1. Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking and interpreting social media

metrics to drive performance.

1. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to collaborate with team

1. Familiarity with social media management tools, analytics platforms, and scheduling

software.

Education and Qualifications:
