Strategy Development:

- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to align with organizational goals.
- Identify key target audiences and tailor content to engage and expand our online community.

Content Creation and Curation:

- Create engaging and shareable content for various social media platforms.
- Curate relevant and trending content from industry sources to enhance our online presence.

Platform Management:

- Manage and optimize social media accounts across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) to maximize reach and engagement.
- Stay informed about changes in algorithms and trends on different platforms.

Community Engagement:

- Foster meaningful interactions with the audience through comments, messages, and user-generated content.
- Monitor and respond to social media trends and feedback in a timely and professional manner.

Campaign Planning and Execution:

- Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.

Analytics and Reporting:

- Utilize social media analytics tools to track key performance indicators and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
- Extract insights to refine and optimize social media strategies.

Collaboration:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and design, to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all channels.
- Work with influencers and brand advocates to amplify our social media presence.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.

In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.

Analytical skills to interpret data and derive insights.

Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹3,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
