We're looking for a hardworking, creative, organized, and English-proficient Social Media Manager to join our team and support the planning, creation, and execution of social media content across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and schedule content across major social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, etc.) to create text, captions, ideas, and visuals
  • Monitor trends, generate content ideas, and maintain consistent branding
  • Manage daily posting schedules and ensure timely uploads
  • Reply to comments/messages professionally when needed
  • Analyze growth metrics and suggest improvements
  • Work closely with the founder and internal team on campaigns and content strategies
  • Attend client meetings when required to support communication and updates
  • Assist with basic video-editing, graphic design, or content formatting (training can be provided)

Requirements

  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Creativity and understanding of social media trends
  • Ability to use AI tools for content generation
  • Familiarity with Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Canva, or similar tools
  • Must be consistent, organized, and able to follow processes
  • Quick learner with a positive, proactive attitude
