Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist
Job Description:
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing all online marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility, generate leads, and drive customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in digital strategy, SEO, SEM, social media, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
- Plan and manage PPC campaigns, SEO/SEM efforts, and social media marketing.
- Create, optimize, and publish engaging content across digital channels.
- Monitor website and campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools.
- Manage email marketing campaigns and marketing automation workflows.
- Research industry trends and competitor activities to improve digital presence.
- Collaborate with the design and development teams to improve user experience (UX/UI).
- Prepare monthly reports on traffic, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Manage online reputation and engagement with followers.
- Suggest and implement new growth strategies and performance improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field.
- Proven experience (1–3 years) in digital marketing or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Analytics.
- Experience in content creation and management (blogs, creatives, videos, etc.).
- Understanding of CRM tools, email automation (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical ability.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
