We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Sr Digital Marketing Specialist with 5 years of proven experience in SEO, SMO, Google Ads, and conducting SEO audits. The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools, with the ability to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility and website traffic.
  • Conduct thorough SEO audits and provide actionable recommendations to improve site performance.
  • Manage and update WordPress websites, ensuring strong UX/UI and technical SEO compatibility.
  • Develop, run, and optimize paid advertising campaigns using Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping).
  • Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports to assess campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with content creators, developers, and marketing teams to align efforts with business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress content management and optimization.
  • Google Ads certification is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and other tracking tools.
  • Solid understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with email marketing, social media advertising, or conversion rate optimization.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS for light site edits is a plus.
  • Knowledge of other CMS platforms and marketing automation tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
