Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and execute all aspects of our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving significant growth in online presence, patient engagement, and lead generation through innovative digital strategies. This is a critical role where you will be responsible for scaling our marketing efforts to a national level, with the ultimate goal of establishing Multicare Homeopathy as the go-to provider for homeopathic treatments across India.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategy:

  • Create and implement strong digital marketing plans that increase brand awareness, attract new patients, and retain existing ones.
  • Set clear marketing goals and continually adjust strategies to exceed these targets.

2. Manage Social Media:

  • Lead and manage our social media presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Create engaging content that connects with our audience and builds loyalty.
  • Run social media campaigns to boost brand visibility and patient engagement.

3. Oversee Content Marketing and SEO:

  • Lead the creation of high-quality content such as blog posts, articles, videos, and infographics that educate and convert readers into patients.
  • Optimize all content for search engines to improve our website's rankings and increase traffic.
  • Implement SEO strategies to make sure our website is easily found online.

4. Run Paid Advertising Campaigns (PPC):

  • Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads to drive targeted traffic to our site.
  • Continuously monitor ad performance and make adjustments to maximize returns on investment.

5. Coordinate with External Marketing Agencies:

  • Work closely with external agencies that handle specialized tasks like SEO, content creation, and PPC.
  • Ensure that all external work aligns with our marketing goals and brand standards.

6. Track and Report Marketing Performance:

  • Monitor and analyze the success of marketing efforts using key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide regular reports to senior management and use data to make informed decisions to improve strategies.

7. Strengthen Brand Positioning:

  • Develop strategies to enhance Multicare Homeopathy's brand image in the healthcare industry.
  • Position the brand as a leader in homeopathic treatments across the nation.

8. Innovate and Improve:

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Continuously experiment with new marketing ideas to expand our reach and improve patient engagement.
